Can’t connect your account?

Check that you’re choosing the Google account with access to your AdMob publisher account. Approve the requested reporting permission and check your connection. If no publisher is found, confirm your account in AdMob before trying again.

Numbers look different?

Check the reporting account, currency, timezone and last sync time. AdMob estimates are delayed and may change; compare the same reporting period in AdMob. Recent apps in Publisher reflect reporting activity, not necessarily your entire inventory.

Writing to support?

Include your Publisher version, iOS version and a short description of what happened. A redacted screenshot can help. Please leave out passwords, tokens, private keys, full publisher IDs and sensitive report values. We do not need your Google password.
